At Problem & Solution Co., we strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. As a service provider, our services are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, we understand that there may be instances where a client is not satisfied with our services.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following services are non-refundable:
- GST Registration and Filings
- ITR Filing and Tax Consultation
- MSME Registration and Certification
- BRN Registration
- Shop Act Registration
- Trademark and Copyright Registration
Order Cancellation and Refund
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver our services as promised, we will work with the client to find a mutually acceptable solution. However, please note that we do not provide refunds for services already rendered.
Default in Work
If we fail to deliver our services as promised, we will work with the client to rectify the issue. This may include re-working on the project or providing additional services to meet the client’s expectations.
Governing Law
This Refund and Returns Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
